About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Laravel-based web applications and high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Lead frontend development efforts using React/Angular/Vue.js and drive performance tuning and optimization.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct architecture discussions, and act as technical anchor during production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in full stack development with strong Laravel expertise.
- Proficient in PHP, OOP, MVC architecture, REST API development, MySQL/PostgreSQL with optimization, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and application security best practices (OWASP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently owning complex features/modules end-to-end and leading scalable technical design discussions.
- Strong background in performance optimization, scalability, and production issue resolution in high-traffic or product-based applications.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices in an agile environment.
