About This Role
- Take end-to-end ownership of the retail eCommerce platform's operational reliability and performance.
- Drive and embed SRE culture and best practices across onsite and offshore engineering teams.
- Manage observability, incident management, and deliver SLO dashboards to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering in production environments.
- Development experience with Java/Microservices in eCommerce systems.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS core services, Kubernetes/EKS, Akamai CDN, and Jenkins CI/CD.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical leadership experience in managing large-scale AWS cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Proven ability to implement and lead SRE practices such as SLI/SLO management and blameless incident reviews.
- Experience working in high-GMV retail or marketplace environments with cross-functional teams, including production operations and monitoring at scale.
