About This Role
- Lead, coach, and develop Quality Engineering (QE) teams focusing on skill proficiency and technical growth.
- Drive and oversee implementation of integrated test strategies, automation frameworks, and quality standards across multiple projects and teams.
- Collaborate with product and delivery leaders to influence strategic backlog prioritization, measure QE performance metrics, and ensure alignment with quality roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
- Total experience: 13+ years in software engineering with at least 5+ years leading QE teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Rest-Assured, Playwright) and scripting (Java, Typescript) for 5+ years.
- Experience with Agile methodology, Jira, CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins), Azure cloud technologies, and testing distributed applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in managing and scaling QE teams with deep expertise in automation and quality engineering best practices.
- Strong technical background in test automation design and execution spanning web services (REST & SOAP), web UI, database and performance testing.
- Experienced in integrating QE strategies within Agile and DevOps environments, influencing cross-functional strategic decisions and driving continuous improvement.
