About This Role
- Manage and optimize Windows Server infrastructure including builds, performance tuning, clustering, and virtualization at scale.
- Lead advanced incident response, change, and problem management while collaborating with Operations and Site Reliability Engineering teams.
- Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance monitoring, capacity analysis, and remediation workflows with strong validation for security and resilience compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering (formal training or certification required).
- Deep expertise in Windows Server OS from 2016 through 2025 including builds, performance tuning, debugging, clustering, and patching.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Experience working with multiple cloud technologies and advanced knowledge of infrastructure disciplines (hardware, networking, storage, automation, resilience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in site reliability engineering principles including reliability engineering, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Capable of independently solving complex technical challenges and architecting long-term solutions.
- Experienced in applying and validating AI-assisted infrastructure engineering tools and methodologies with diligence to risk, security, and compliance.
