About This Role
- Designs, develops, and maintains secure, scalable Java and Spring Boot applications within an agile team environment.
- Utilizes AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, ensuring peer review and automated testing validation.
- Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex distributed applications, including microservices, ensuring system operational stability and continuous improvement through data analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, including system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, modern JavaScript frameworks, Kubernetes, microservices, MQ, Kafka, Selenium, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.

- Experienced in designing and implementing distributed applications with cloud platforms and microservices architecture within large corporate or financial environments.
- Demonstrates strong ability to critically evaluate and guide peers on secure and effective usage of AI-assisted development tools.
