About This Role
- Design and develop embedded software modules and system-level firmware using C/C++ for industrial protocols and cybersecurity features.
- Lead firmware development activities including coding, validation, and feature enhancements while collaborating globally and adhering to agile/waterfall standards.
- Use lab instruments for hardware/firmware debugging and contribute to innovative technical solutions impacting product growth and capability development.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience in embedded software development.
- Educational qualification: B.E. (Engineering) degree.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems including bare-metal and RTOS environments.
- Experience with microcontrollers/platforms such as STM32 and ESP32 and debugging hardware interfaces like I2C, SPI, UART, USB.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Able to independently develop low-level drivers and integrate firmware with hardware using lab instruments.
- Experience working in Agile/scrum teams with knowledge of software development tools like Git, JIRA, and code quality tools.
- Capable of leading technical execution, writing specifications and documentation, and collaborating internationally on complex firmware projects.
