About This Role
- Lead cross-team and cross-product initiatives from design through production adoption with measurable impact.

Minimum Requirements

- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, TypeScript/Node.js, React/Next.js, distributed systems, data architecture, security, and AI engineering.
- Demonstrated impact at Staff Engineer level across multiple teams, products, or domains.

- Technical leader skilled at balancing organization-level architecture and hands-on implementation with cross-team influence.
- Experienced in building foundational reusable software and guiding multiple teams in its adoption, focusing on systems thinking and AI engineering discipline.
