Experience with cloud networking, security (IAM, certificates, access controls), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Experienced in end-to-end Pega Platform infrastructure setup on Private Cloud integrating containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and externalized services (Kafka, OpenSearch).
Proficient in AWS private cloud architecture and automation, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (application, DevOps, security).
Capable of managing highly available distributed systems with strong operational skills in monitoring, incident management, and disaster recovery.
