About This Role
- Develop and troubleshoot software components within the firm's technology products focusing on secure, stable, and scalable delivery.
- Write secure, high-quality code with limited guidance using Java and other programming languages, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and productivity.
- Participate in design, development, and operational stability of applications, considering system integration and applying SDLC and agile methodologies including CI/CD and security.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 2+ years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, debugging, and testing in a large corporate environment.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate AI-generated outputs.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience; Location: India (NAMR/APAC – India).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack Java developer with at least two years working in Java 17+ within enterprise application development.
- Familiar with SDLC delivery using Agile methodologies and practices such as CI/CD, application resiliency and security.
- Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS including Kubernetes services, containerization, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), and experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.
