About This Role
- Own the setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing development of data replication environments for production and client instances.
- Design, develop, and maintain internal portals, tools, and automation scripts using ReactJS, NodeJS, .NET Core, PowerShell, and Python to support replication and client onboarding.
- Monitor production replication health proactively and resolve replication issues within SLA, collaborating cross-functionally with onboarding, support, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of software development experience with hands-on skills in ReactJS, NodeJS, .NET Core, REST API development, and PowerShell scripting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong SQL Server skills for complex query writing and replication troubleshooting.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5 years of relevant software development experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling production support with analytical and debugging expertise for replication conflicts, data drift, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Strong ownership with ability to work independently from environment configuration through custom tooling development.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in high-volume transactional domains, preferably with prior exposure to logistics, shipping, or freight data systems.
