About This Role
- Develop and deliver production-grade healthcare software including user interfaces, APIs, and databases adhering to compliance frameworks.
- Participate in technical design discussions and translate designs into clean, well-tested C#/.NET code following best practices and standards.
- Own assigned feature scope end-to-end, including debugging, testing, documentation, release support, and proactive communication of risks and progress.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong hands-on skills in C#, .NET Framework/Core (including .NET 6+), MVC architecture, design patterns, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL) and writing/tuning SQL queries; proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.

- Demonstrates capability to work independently on well-defined tasks while collaborating in small teams under a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in building scalable, production-grade software systems preferably with exposure to healthcare domain or regulated environments.
- Engages actively in code reviews and technical discussions, showing commitment to clean code, testing (including TDD), and continuous learning in the .NET ecosystem.
