About This Role
- Own advanced technical troubleshooting and optimization of Windows Server environments, focusing on high-complexity projects and end-to-end system monitoring.
- Lead incident response, change management, and problem management to support critical production infrastructure collaborating closely with Operations and Site Reliability Engineering teams.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions using enterprise-authorized AI tools to analyze capacity, improve remediation workflows, and ensure resiliency and security compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering with formal training or certification.
- Deep expertise in Windows Server (2016 through 2025) including builds, tuning, debugging, clustering, SQL Server Always On, Hyper-V, patching, and risk management frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python and experience with multiple cloud technologies.
- Experience with site reliability engineering principles including reliability, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices, plus demonstrated use and validation of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities.
