About This Role
- Own end-to-end implementation and delivery of projects and programmes involving new capabilities or large-scale product changes.
- Manage and supervise internal and external development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and prioritised technology deliverables.
- Design and oversee data extraction, transformation pipelines and schedule monitoring to ensure data quality and timeliness, including reporting risks and progress to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: Proven experience managing a team of developers in an objective-oriented environment.
- Strong technical expertise in enterprise data warehousing, ETL/ELT solutions, and cloud technologies (AWS services such as Lambda, Redshift, Glue, API Gateway).
- Proficient in programming languages (Python, Node.js) and related tools including Airflow, SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server), and API usage (REST, GraphQL).
- Experience with Agile methodologies including backlog grooming, WIP management, and deployment tools (GitHub, TravisCI).
