About This Role
- Lead design, development, and enhancement of financial technology solutions across full software development lifecycle including UI/UX improvements and backend/frontend components.
- Own code quality through reviews, unit testing, defect remediation, and enforcing coding standards to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable applications aligned with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years of software development experience covering full stack, frontend, backend and UI/UX engineering.
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator and Platform Developer I are mandatory.
- Experience with Salesforce development including Apex, LWC, Salesforce administration, integration patterns, DevOps tools (Git, Gearset, VS Code, SF CLI).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently drive complex Salesforce and full stack development projects within financial services domain.
- Experienced in leading code reviews, testing practices, and applying modern software development methodologies including Agile and DevOps.
- Skilled in mentoring peers and influencing cross-team collaboration to achieve business outcomes in a hybrid office environment.
