About This Role
- Oversee project and program management for development and support projects using Java technologies.
- Plan and allocate resources, prepare budgets, monitor project progress, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple Scrum teams to align project delivery with company goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project and program management, specifically with Java development projects.
- Work Location: Bangalore.
- Experience coordinating multiple Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with development tools and environments including Java, Spring Framework, Microservices, and agile methodologies.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end delivery of software projects involving Core Java and microservices architecture.
- Ability to handle client communications, troubleshoot, and monitor client satisfaction.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, agile environments with cross-functional teams.
