About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery and operational readiness of enterprise Cloud and On-premises infrastructure services, including compute, storage, network, virtualization, backup/DR, and datacenter operations.
- Lead operational teams and establish processes for monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and infrastructure modernization to ensure uptime and service reliability per ITIL-based frameworks.
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated operations, maintain governance and compliance (ISO, SOC), and drive automation and operational resilience initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience in Infrastructure/Cloud operations or consulting, with significant leadership or management experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong technical knowledge of on-prem and cloud infrastructure, ITIL processes, service delivery, and vendor management.
- Location explicit: Bengaluru (Primary Location Only); compensation described as competitive; certifications (ITIL V4, PMP, Cloud (Azure/AWS), VMWare, Cisco) preferred but not mandatory.
