Location explicit: Bengaluru (Primary Location Only); compensation described as competitive; certifications (ITIL V4, PMP, Cloud (Azure/AWS), VMWare, Cisco) preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced leader with a strategic mindset and operational discipline in managing complex, globally distributed Cloud and on-prem infrastructure environments.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive service delivery excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement using ITIL and automation frameworks.
Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical details into business impact and leading enterprise-wide infrastructure operations.
