About This Role
- Manage revenue cycle management (RCM) service support and communications for smaller members, serving as primary liaison between members and RCM Operations.
- Analyze and report on WebPT product usage across member base to identify upsell opportunities and overage issues for Account Managers.
- Monitor member RCM health through key metrics, address escalations and billing issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and member retention.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of experience in full healthcare revenue cycle medical billing and/or RCM Operations.
- 2 years of experience in reporting and analytics.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software tools.
- Work Experience Required: 5 years in healthcare RCM and 2 years in analytics as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing RCM service delivery and communication for small to mid-sized healthcare practices, ideally with physical therapy billing knowledge.
- Skilled at analyzing usage data to identify sales opportunities and at resolving client billing issues collaboratively.
- Strong operational focus on member retention through proactive monitoring and escalation management within healthcare RCM settings.
