About This Role
- Own timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis.
- Manage Global Capability Centre (GCC) recharge processes ensuring consistent cost allocation, reconciliations, and stakeholder alignment across regions.
- Drive financial reporting improvements, automation initiatives, and maintain strong financial controls and governance across global finance operations.
Minimum Requirements
- CA, ICWA/CMA, or MBA (Finance) qualification mandatory.
- 6+ years of relevant finance experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with global stakeholders and cross-region finance collaboration required; proficiency in advanced Excel mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Global Capability Centre (GCC), shared services, or multinational corporate finance environments.
- Proficient with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Skilled in driving process automation and continuous improvement within finance operations.
