About This Role
- Own end-to-end financial controllership including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support business decision-making and provide visibility into revenue, profitability, and working capital.
- Manage and strengthen finance operations, internal controls, cash-flow forecasting, and stakeholder partnerships across multiple functions including Sales, Client Services, and Delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12–15+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong expertise in financial controllership, accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, audit, revenue recognition, and working-capital management.
- Experience managing financial close processes and financial reporting for services-led or digital marketing/technology companies.
