About This Role
- Own and govern global end-to-end accounting processes, including standards, policies, procedures, controls, and compliance.
- Drive global process harmonization, standardization, and optimization initiatives including automation, ERP enhancements, and workflow improvements.
- Define and monitor process KPIs, maintain the process optimization roadmap, and lead cross-functional change management activities with key stakeholders worldwide.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Big 4 experience at Senior Manager level or above preferred.
- Experience in finance transformation, process excellence, or global business services transformation programs.
- Fluency in English required; experience working internationally in Europe or North America preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing complex, multi-country finance transformation or process excellence initiatives.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions involving ERP and finance technology tools.
- Proven track record collaborating with product and engineering teams in agile environments and managing global stakeholders to improve process performance.
