About This Role
- Own and enhance enterprise applications including CLM, Salesforce CRM, document management, and BI across legal, compliance, sales, and customer support functions.
- Manage end-to-end SDLC responsibilities from requirements gathering to testing, training, and continuous improvement of business systems.
- Lead projects for system implementation, upgrades, and process improvements; mentor junior team members and shape strategic roadmaps for enterprise applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in information management with 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in CRM and CLM.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service & Experience Clouds), Conga CLM, DocuSign, and workflow automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Flexible to support global stakeholders and work extended hours up to 12:00 PM Pacific Time.

- Experienced in managing enterprise systems at the intersection of legal, compliance, sales, and customer support with deep domain expertise in Salesforce and CLM.
- Proven ability to operate across multiple roles including business analyst, solution design, and project management within dynamic environments.
- Strong project management and communication skills to engage senior executives and diverse stakeholders effectively.
