About This Role
- Own end-to-end production and delivery of reports, dashboards, and tools that inform leadership decision-making impacting customer and selling partner experience.
- Develop, support, and improve business reports and metrics using SQL, Excel VBA, and BI tools like Quicksight/Tableau.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable business insights and identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with business teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
- At least 2+ years experience writing complex Excel VBA macros.
- Proficient in SQL or ETL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience defining requirements and deriving business insights from data and metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with BI tools such as Tableau or Quicksight for data visualization and reporting.
- Comfortable handling very large datasets and performing deep data analysis using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
- Skilled at translating complex data into digestible, actionable reports to influence operational decisions.
