About This Role
- Manage large or complex strategic capital markets projects independently or supervise multiple projects concurrently.
- Own project outcomes including business cases, governance validation, risk management, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide status reports, escalations, and comprehensive project documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, specifically with large or complex projects.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficient with project management tools and techniques including workflow organization, planning, communication, scheduling, time management, business case and ROI definition.
- Experience in driving workshops/discussions with senior management and contributing to study and implementation of large projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-entity or multi-stakeholder capital markets projects with strategic and operational accountability.
- Demonstrates strong governance and risk management skills with a focus on delivering results within timelines and budgets.
- Comfortable engaging senior leadership and coordinating complex project ecosystems independently.
