About This Role
- Lead sourcing and recruiting of tech and operations talent primarily for US market within Amazon's North American Operations, focusing on passive candidate pipelines.
- Manage full-cycle sourcing process using advanced Boolean search and various sourcing tools to engage, screen, and recommend quality candidates meeting hiring manager expectations.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, deliverable plans, and contribute insights to improve recruitment efficiency and meet customer SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years progressive recruiting or search firm experience; Bachelor's degree or 2+ years full-time Amazon experience.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray Open web.
- Ability to create advanced Boolean search strings for technical candidate sourcing.
- Work Experience Required: 1+ years corporate or search firm recruiting experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in passive candidate sourcing with proven success in high volume and niche technical hiring contexts.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Full stack, Back-end, Front-end engineers and data science related profiles is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a global strategic sourcing team supporting multiple regions and collaborating within fast-paced, metric driven environments.
