Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Boolean logic, semantic search, and advanced use of AI recruiting tools such as HiredScore or equivalent.
Language: Strong communication skills in English.
Experienced in managing talent pipelines with CRM-like discipline, ensuring clean data and clear candidate engagement metrics.
Ability to design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies across platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, and specialized engineering networks.
Comfortable operating as a market intelligence provider and internal consultant within a complex matrixed international organization.
