About This Role
- Lead identification, onboarding, and needs assessment of rural nano-entrepreneurs (Vyapaaris) in Sehore program area.
- Engage regularly on-field with Vyapaaris to provide mentoring, conduct training sessions, and implement innovative business solutions to improve income and sustainability.
- Collect and analyze baseline and end-line data, coordinate with Core Solutioning team for solution implementation, and independently resolve operational challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be based in Sehore and willing to travel extensively to rural villages, including staying overnight for field engagements.
- Minimum 1 year experience in development sector or related field preferred.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English; proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Possession of a two-wheeler for travel between villages.

- Experienced in hands-on operations with field engagement and piloting innovative strategies in rural development or entrepreneurship contexts.
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-paced rural environments with a bias for action.
- Skilled in empathetic communication and mentoring to effectively support and empower rural women entrepreneurs.
