Build and maintain PMO reporting tools, dashboards, workflows, and automation solutions to improve visibility and decision-making for IT strategic programs.
Analyze portfolio and program data to identify trends, risks, data gaps, and convert insights into clear, actionable reporting for PMO and IT stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to develop scalable reporting and workflow automation using Smartsheet, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and Jira.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
4-7 years of experience in IT consulting, business intelligence, automation, PMO reporting, business analysis, project coordination, data analytics, or IT operations support.
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet for reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automations.
Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and working with project/program/portfolio data including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify process improvement areas.
Experience supporting IT PMO, enterprise portfolio reporting, transformation programs, or global delivery teams is a plus.
Comfortable working independently across broadly defined processes and collaborating with international stakeholders (India, US, EU) in a hybrid work setup.
