About This Role
- Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure seamless processing of inventory management activities.
- Monitor and resolve recall settlements to meet client delivery requirements and manage share exceptions between systems.
- Handle fails management and respond to client and trading requests with timely and accurate information, providing management reports to support business decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with DTC, International settlements, Buyin Management, and Fails Management in Equities & Fixed Income products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Education: MBA or B.Com; Flexible to work EMEA shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST) and NA shift (including 8 PM IST logins).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore trading and operations teams in capital markets.
- Experience in equity settlements specifically involving international markets and DTC processes.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment managing inventory, recalls, fails and delivering decision-support analytics.
