About This Role
- Manage end-to-end processing of international securities lending transactions including loan processing, returns, contract compare, billing, and collateral management adhering to SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs.
- Lead a multi-location team (20+ members) to resolve operational issues, monitor risks, and improve processes in securities finance and prime services within capital markets.
- Collaborate globally across SSGM teams to drive operational excellence, internal controls enhancement, and support strategic transformation initiatives in the COO organization.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience managing multi-location teams in capital markets, specifically in securities lending, mark to market, settlements, corporate actions, and collateral management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BS/BA).
- Knowledgeable in securities finance operational domains and related systems: MCH Euroclear/CREST, Qlikview, DTCC, IHS MARKIT, PIRUM, EQUILEND.
- Work Shift: North America shift hours approx. 5:00/6:00 PM to 2:00/3:00 AM Indian Standard Time.
