About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Implement state management and scalable architecture patterns like Clean Architecture or MVVM to optimize app performance.
- Manage app releases to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of professional software/mobile development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart including core Dart concepts like OOP, Generics, Null safety, and Async programming.
- Experience building mobile apps for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in mobile development with Flutter and Dart.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced developer proficient in complex Flutter architectures and state management frameworks (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
- Technical contributor capable of leading code reviews, mentoring developers, and participating in architecture/design discussions.
- Comfortable managing end-to-end mobile app lifecycle including deployment and CI/CD integration.
