About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, cloud (Azure), endpoint management, and SaaS applications ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead IT projects involving system upgrades, migrations, automation with AI platforms, and infrastructure scaling to optimize operational efficiency and performance.
- Mentor junior IT staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT systems with business goals and maintain compliance with standards like NIST, SOX, and PCI.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
- Expertise with Microsoft Azure, Windows, MacOS, virtualization platforms, and endpoint management tools.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell and Bash, with experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Anthropic Claude.
- Must be able to work remotely from India with effective overlap during core US Eastern Standard Time business hours (7:30pm-11:30pm IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise IT operations within or for US-based publicly listed companies.
- Proficient in designing complex, scalable IT systems and leveraging AI-driven automation for operational improvements.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical US stakeholders across time zone differences.
