About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML software solutions for next-generation systems, including APIs and automation workflows.
- Support software configuration management, CI/CD, and automation of build and deployment to improve development efficiency.
- Mentor DevOps engineers, coordinate team activities, and drive continuous improvement in automation and operational processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10-12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and solution development.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, and end-to-end AI solution delivery, including RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and model evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, APIs, automation platforms, version control, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and responsible AI principles (governance, security, privacy).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building intelligent applications using agent orchestration frameworks and generative AI technologies in production environments.
- Skilled in integrating service automation and deploying cloud-based AI/ML solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP) with MLOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Capable of leading cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and driving operational excellence in AI/ML software development and automation.
