About This Role
- Lead engineering delivery in a high-velocity product development environment, accountable for end-to-end sprint execution including quality and technical outcomes.
- Design, build, and orchestrate AWS-based solutions using services like Lambda, Batch, Step Functions, EC2, plus manage cloud cost governance and production reliability.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 engineers, own technical architecture decisions, code quality, and collaborate closely with product managers and CTO on infrastructure automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Proven experience leading a team of 5 or more engineers in an agile sprint-based setting.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, Batch, Step Functions, EC2 with cost management tagging strategies.
- Proficiency in Python for programmatically orchestrating cloud infrastructure and services.
