About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and enhance C++/MFC-based applications including legacy code and new features.
- Analyze and resolve software issues through debugging and participate in design discussions and code reviews.
- Prepare technical documentation and create/maintain design diagrams to support development activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in C++ development.
- Graduate degree in B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech/MSc Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge of C++ fundamentals, OOP, STL, memory management, and design principles.
- Role location: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in maintaining and enhancing complex legacy C++ codebases, preferably with MFC familiarity.
- Skilled in software design patterns and architecture with ability to prepare well-structured technical documentation and design artifacts.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (eg. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot) and leveraging them for productivity improvement.
