Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and AI-powered applications using Java/Python, Spring Boot, Kafka, and cloud-native architectures.
Build and deploy distributed, event-driven microservices with high availability on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP).
Drive engineering excellence including performance tuning, reliability improvements, mentoring junior engineers, and technical design leadership.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on programming skills in Java and/or Python with experience in Spring Boot and microservices.
Experience with Kafka, distributed systems, RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Experienced senior individual contributor comfortable independently leading complex backend and AI integration projects.
Strong technical expertise in scalable distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native deployment.
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, LLM integrations, and applying AI technologies to business solutions is a plus.
