About This Role
- Lead architecture and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform enterprise solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Project Operations modules.
- Manage end-to-end solution lifecycle including requirements gathering, design workshops, development oversight, testing, deployment, and production support ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot technologies, integrate systems via Azure services, and establish ALM practices with Azure DevOps to ensure high-quality delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution design, development, and large-scale implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, generative AI capabilities, and intelligent automation within Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and technical delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365/Power Platform projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules, Power Apps, Power Automate, C#, .NET, Azure Integration Services, and ALM/DevOps practices.
