About This Role
- Provide L2/L3 application and production support for Azure AKS Kubernetes clusters ensuring high availability and performance.
- Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and manage release deployments across multiple environments (DEV, QA, PROD).
- Manage Azure cloud infrastructure and support automation using scripting and Infrastructure as Code to improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or application support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud, Kubernetes (AKS), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps), monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Azure Monitor), and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Experience in production support, incident management, and supporting full SDLC and multi-environment deployments.
