About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java/J2EE, Angular, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Lead and participate in design discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting performance, security, and complex issues.
- Mentor team members, conduct interviews, and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality product delivery in an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java software design and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (BE/BTech or Master's).
- Mandatory skills: Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular, SAML/SSO.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years of relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile methodologies with strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills including performance analysis, heap dumps, and security issues.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), container orchestration, and CI/CD tools is desirable.
