About This Role
- Lead FPGA verification efforts with direct hands-on development of VHDL verification environments and complex interface validations.
- Provide daily technical coaching and mentorship to enhance team skills and ensure adherence to DO-254 verification standards.
- Own end-to-end verification lifecycle (DAL A/B) including planning, risk management, documentation, and delivery of certification artifacts.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in FPGA Verification.
- Mandatory skills: Expert in VHDL, experience with communication protocols (AXI4, PCIe, UART, ARINC), and DO-254 compliance.
- Education: B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech/Masters in Electronics & Communication.
- Location: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in aerospace or defense sectors with proven DO-254 DAL A/B verification leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in verification environment architecture, debug, and automation scripting (Python/TCL).
- Balanced capability in technical execution, team mentorship, and project planning/reporting.
