About This Role
- Lead and manage a midsize team of iOS and Android engineers to strategize and deliver a mobile application roadmap focused on app health and developer experience.
- Own the successful delivery and rollout of engineering initiatives including mobile developer experience tools, generative AI tools, design systems, and platform health metrics.
- Drive company-wide engineering initiatives by collaborating with senior leaders, setting engineering strategy and excellence targets, and mentoring senior engineering talent.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years engineering experience in mobile technologies with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD for mobile applications and build systems such as Xcode, Gradle, and/or Bazel.
- Experience leading engineering teams working on large-scale, stable consumer mobile applications with mentoring of senior engineers.
- Work Location: Onsite at Grab Bengaluru office; reporting to Senior Engineering Manager.
