About This Role
- Develop and integrate AI-enabled features including Generative AI and machine learning models to enhance the platform's capabilities and user experience.
- Design, maintain, and scale AI platform features, ensuring compatibility with other services and APIs in an agile environment.
- Provide technical leadership through coaching, code reviews, and rapid problem-solving to ensure AI solutions meet cybersecurity, compliance, and performance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of Software Engineering experience with proven involvement in AI product development.
- Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Java, Scala, or C# is valuable.
- Hands-on knowledge of microservices, DevOps pipelines (ADO, Docker), MLOps/LLMOps, data management (JSON schema, Avro), AI/ML technologies, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Microsoft Fabric Data Factory pipelines.
