About This Role
- Design and develop Java-based automation frameworks for software testing, focusing on both backend and legacy systems.
- Develop and implement API mocking, stubbing, and automation using tools like Playwright and REST Assured.
- Engage in Agile and DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline integration and ensuring backend data validation using strong SQL skills.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in SDET and Java automation with a strong software automation testing mindset.
- Strong programming skills in Java, including adherence to coding standards and design principles.
- Experience with API based frameworks using REST Assured and automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium.
- Proficiency in SQL for backend/data validation and experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in automating complex backend and legacy systems, including service interfaces and batch processes.
- Capable of designing and building robust Java automation frameworks aligned with Agile and DevOps delivery models.
- Comfortable working within CI/CD pipelines and has exposure to cloud platforms, enhancing automation effectiveness.
