About This Role
- Lead end-to-end DATA AMS operations ensuring SLA compliance, incident/problem/change management, and continuous service improvements.
- Manage multi-location global delivery teams, coordinate resources, and oversee project schedules and budget adherence.
- Act as primary liaison to business and IT stakeholders to maintain high customer satisfaction, governance compliance, and drive automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years total experience with 10+ years in IT and 5+ years in Data AMS delivery management.
- Location flexibility across Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad required.
- Strong functional knowledge of DATA EnterpriseOne modules including Financial Management, Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
- Technical expertise in AMS delivery, ITIL processes, ServiceNow or equivalent, and experience managing multi-location global teams.

- Experienced in managing high-volume AMS operations with proven success in SLA and KPI achievement.
- Skilled in client relationship management and driving governance, reporting, and continuous improvement programs.
- Capable of leading distributed teams with strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills in a complex enterprise environment.
