About This Role
- Design, develop, train, and deploy AI and Generative AI models including multi-modal LLMs and predictive analytics for healthcare applications.
- Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions in cloud and on-premises environments ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration with Gainwell’s technology stack.
- Monitor, optimize, and secure AI/GEN AI models leveraging ML Ops and LLM Ops practices with compliance to healthcare regulations and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years experience in AI/ML engineering focused on developing and deploying AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and large language model fine-tuning.
- Experience with multiple LLM fine-tuning techniques, Gen AI solutions using RAG architecture, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, vector & graph databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced AI engineer with expertise in advanced Gen AI solutions including multi-modal LLM fine-tuning and deployment at scale.
- Able to lead AI projects including interfacing across teams to translate business needs to feasible deployed solutions.
- Proficient in ML Ops/LLM Ops, security implementation in AI, and compliance with healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA.
