About This Role
- Coach Agile/Scrum teams and organization toward higher Scrum maturity sustainably and comfortably.
- Facilitate team processes including discussion, decision-making, conflict resolution, and removal of impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support Product Owner and lead continuous improvement while shielding team from distractions in a platform-centric Agile software development environment.
Minimum Requirements
- PSM I (Professional Scrum Master Level 1) certification mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years as Scrum Master for software development teams actively practicing Scrum principles.
- Experience working in SAFe environment with at least 3 Program Increments (PIs); capable of applying SAFe framework.
- Location: Hyderabad with twice a week office attendance; Shift: 12 pm to 9 pm IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing and scaling Scrum within SAFe Agile frameworks in software product/platform environments.
- Skilled in servant leadership including facilitation, conflict resolution, team coaching, and transparency enhancement.
- Familiar with Agile software tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Teams, and SharePoint, with ability to collaborate across Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
