About This Role
- Manage and support enterprise AI platforms, including in-house Generative AI platform services (Galaxy AI).
- Serve as primary contact for user queries, support requests, and incident coordination to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain operational hygiene including dashboards, runbooks, documentation, audits, and health assessments to drive platform reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML platforms, application support, production operations, or technology service management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong technical skills in AI/GenAI platforms, APIs, cloud services; familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Kibana, CloudWatch, Datadog, or Splunk.
- Experience with Linux environments, scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell), incident/problem/change management, and operational governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing enterprise AI platform operations with a focus on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and cross-team coordination.
- Proficient in monitoring production systems and driving platform improvements through operational data and governance practices.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, user onboarding, access provisioning, and maintaining SLA and support best practices in a technology service environment.
