About This Role
- Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and manage scrum execution for ServiceNow delivery squads across distributed teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate demand into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Ensure ServiceNow deliveries align with platform standards, drive measurable business value, and coordinate release activities end-to-end.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of related enterprise technology delivery experience, including Scrum Master, business analyst, or techno-functional analyst roles.
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience (4–5 years) across modules like CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, WSD, or EAM.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience operating in Agile/Scrum environments with JIRA for backlog and sprint management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum leadership within ServiceNow platform projects, adept at backlog management and cross-team coordination.
- Able to engage senior business stakeholders effectively and manage competing priorities in a global delivery context.
- Familiar with ServiceNow platform architecture, enterprise standards, and delivery governance, ideally with capital markets or financial services domain exposure.
