About This Role
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery discipline across multiple Scrum teams working on global Capital Markets platform modernization.
- Track sprint progress, impediments, risks and delivery metrics, providing transparency and alignment between onshore and offshore teams and leadership.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices, remove obstacles without coercion, and support product backlog readiness with Product Owners.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of Scrum Master experience with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP and Agile engineering practices (user stories, CI, ATDD, TDD).
- Experience with Jira and Agile metrics tracking (velocity, burndown).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting platform modernization or transformation programs in Capital Markets or Commercial Banking domains.
- Proven ability to coach distributed onshore/offshore teams and improve Scrum maturity at enterprise scale.
- Skilled in managing multiple workstreams and complex project dependencies with strong communication and stakeholder management.
