About This Role
- Design and deliver innovative UX solutions for complex SaaS platforms within the energy industry, focusing on scalable design systems and user-centric interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Product Management in an Agile SCRUM environment to validate and iterate on UX designs globally.
- Use qualitative and quantitative user research data to guide UX strategy, create deliverables like wireframes, prototypes, and conduct heuristic evaluations to improve user workflows and information architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product/UX design for complex SaaS platforms or enterprise B2B applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Experience in oil & gas, energy, industrial technology, or engineering sectors; familiarity with drilling, completions, intervention, or performance analytics environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in systems-level design thinking with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex UX problem-solving and data visualization.
- Ability to translate complex engineering and technical concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces in highly technical domains.
- Proficient in collaborating within Agile teams and supporting design system maintenance including token management, documentation, and developer support.
