About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy custom AI Copilot agents integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
- Develop and optimize AI solutions including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt flows, semantic memory, and agent-to-agent communication frameworks.
- Collaborate with business teams and technical partners to identify use cases, develop prototypes, ensure compliance with Responsible AI and security standards, and scale AI initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in AI solution development, Microsoft Cloud engineering, or automation platforms.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, Teams integrations, and Power Platform.
- Experience with Python, C#, React or TypeScript; knowledge of agent-to-agent communication frameworks like A2A and MCP.
